This website is operated by Kilwar LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, United States. This notice explains how we handle information associated with website visits and business inquiries.
Information you share
When you contact us, we receive your name, email address and the information you choose to share, such as your company and business requirements. You can use the website inquiry form or email us directly. We use this information to respond and manage the resulting business relationship. Sending an inquiry does not create a Kilwar Agentic workspace or connect your business systems.
Website visits
Our hosting infrastructure processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information and request times. Our hosting provider may retain this information in operational and security logs.
This website does not use advertising trackers or set analytics cookies. Fonts and images are served with the website.
Cookieless analytics
We use PostHog to understand which pages people visit and improve the website. Our configuration collects page views, clicks on selected product, readiness and contact links, confirmation that an inquiry was accepted, and basic browser and device information. An email link click records interest, not an email submission.
Page addresses exclude query strings and fragments; referrers are limited to the originating website. We separately record approved marketing source, medium and campaign codes. These public codes can follow navigation between our home and product pages so we can measure campaign interest. Other query values and advertising click identifiers are excluded.
Analytics do not use cookies, local storage or session storage. We disable session recordings, automatic interaction capture and person profiles. We do not send inquiry text, names or email addresses as analytics events.
PostHog receives network information, including an IP address and browser information, to process requests and create a short-lived identifier for cookieless measurement. We disable geographic enrichment and IP storage in events. Events are sent to PostHog’s EU service. See PostHog’s privacy notice for its practices.
Our analytics honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. You can also use your browser’s tracking protections. This website does not show a cookie dialog because its analytics configuration does not store analytics cookies or identifiers on your device.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to respond to your request, discuss our services and manage the resulting business relationship. Technical information supports website delivery, troubleshooting and security. Information may also be used to meet applicable legal obligations.
Service providers and disclosures
Our inquiry form sends the details you submit to HubSpot, which we use to manage business inquiries and notify our team. The submission includes the page where you contacted us and any approved campaign codes. HubSpot also receives technical network information needed to process the request. Our Kilwar HubSpot account uses its Canada hosting region. We do not install HubSpot’s visitor tracking script or subscribe form submitters to marketing emails. Website hosting and email providers process information as part of delivering these services. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or address abuse. This website does not send visitor information to advertising networks.
Retention and location
We retain correspondence for the period needed to handle the inquiry and business relationship, taking account of applicable recordkeeping requirements. Technical log retention follows the hosting provider’s settings and policies. Kilwar is based in the United States; service providers may process information in the countries where they operate.
Your requests
You can contact us to ask about information you have shared, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop following up on an inquiry. Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Data handling for a Kilwar Agentic engagement is addressed in the applicable customer agreement and deployment arrangements. This website notice does not define the permissions, storage or retention for a customer workspace.
